This case study is the result of the Final Project Bootcamp Synrgy Academy Batch 4 organized by BCA and Binar Academy. This project was carried out in 3 months, from April to July 2022. This Final Project carried the E-commerce theme and our team got the E-commerce clothing theme.

What is ThriftHouse?
Thrifthouse is an e-commerce platform that specifically provides quality used clothes. Thrifthouse it self adopts a B2C (Business to Customer) business model where the thrifthouse provides a place for sellers to sell their used clothes at the thrifthouse.
What is Problem?
Based on our interview, we found that people's great desire to follow fashion trends but is hampered by costs
People are hesitant to buy used clothes online because they are not trusted, doesn't explain things clearly and there is rarely a special platform for buying and selling used clothe
Based on our interview, we found Thrift clothing sellers find it difficult to cover a wider market, especially after the pandemic
